What is the motorcycle brand with the initials B C? It was a chopper with a kick start.?

I thought it was Barnes Cycles or Barington Cycles or something like that, but I haven't figured it out yet. Really cly/steampunk looking Chopper/Custom type bike. The kick start actually looked like a chrome bicycle pedal. I'm dieing to find out more about this bike! I later saw a small bumper sticker with the same brand/logo, BC in a cursive esque font.
