In dynast mode on NBA live 09 can you still use the PDA system.?

In dynast mode on NBA live 09 can you still use the PDA system. I really want to know cause thats the only reason i want to get it. also is it still by EA sports. i really wanna cause if this feature arent on i will get 2k9 instead.
