WTF??? Is Bush trying his hardest to screw the U.S. on his way out?

What is your opinion on the new U.S.- Iraqi agreement? Iraq can go through our troops mail now? They have joint authority over our troops activities in Iraq? US contractors would be subject to Iraqi law? Someone please tell me what is going through this man's head? I have family in the military, and this is absolutely not okay. What do you think?
