More hp for my truck?

All right i own a 2010 F-350 turbo Diesel, dual wheel truck. Its my everyday driver, workhorse, and every thing in between. It is stoke turbo, stock transmission, inter cooler and all the other parts necessary to operate a turbo system for a big truck. I'm looking to beef it up, new transmission to handle the big horse power i want to add. Turbo needs to be able the handle 40 psi or greater. Any information in the parts i may need is greatly appreciated.
