I disagree, there are so many intellegant young girls who DO know the consequences of unprotected who do genuinly want to grow up too quickly. Films like "juno" inspired 17 girls in one school to get pregnant, and I think it is not the stupidity of young girls that are to blame entirely. It isn't the ignorance of contraception that is the problem, it is the ignorance of the difficulty of parenting that is the issue.
