I cant find a really cute roxy shirt that i saw on somebody yesterday...?

i saw a really cute roxy shirt on this girl at school..it was white and it had polkadots on it..i forgot which color, but it was really really cute. i dont see it on the website, tillys, or macys. can somebody help me find it? its the kind thats like a tank top on the top, its tight, but then it gets loose at the middle to the bottom...i totally loved that shirt. sorry if im not wording this all correctly, idk how to describe the style of shirt..i THINK its called a cami...?maybe. im not really sure. but could you help me find that shirt? or what are some good places to get roxy clothes? thanks!
