What is he feeling?

okay so earlier this year this boy told me he like me and he waz tryin to get togetha or wateva and asked me wat i was trying to do, i told him i liked him too, so he said okay kewl. he called me a few days later to ask me out but i missed the fone call. ever since then its ben weird like he rides my bus so like i would see him and we would flirt and IM all the time, but no going out, so i stopped talkin to him for a while then around two months later we started talkin again and one day him and a friend [male] came down to my house and so we were playing tag [lame right lol he started it!] and he waz throwing skittles at me then wen his frend lef he stayed and so i waz lyk r u leavin so he asked did i want him to i sed no he stayed den he came ova again anotha time and tings got a lil more serious. and ever since then its followed the same pattern on and off, friends not friends etc. does he like me or not? should i jus move on?
