Lump under scar 3 months after operation?

when i had a lump removed and a minor surgery i then had a new lump underneath the scaring of the skin... my doctor said this was normal that it was just the layers of muscle and skin rebuilding itself... Your body gets used to something being in it then when they remove it the body has to repair itself again... But if you are still having pain with the scar as well you might of gotten a little bacteria in it when they were removing the screws and pins... i would call your doctor and ask to be on the safe side.
