Is a Kawasaki KLR 650 2007 a bike that a 5' 10" (178 cm) guy like me could ride?

I have read about adjustments that can be made to alter the ride height, but I would like to know if it's possible without them. I'm about 170 pounds (77 kgs), if it matters. Also I'm talking about the 2007 model, and that one only, because newer models for some bizarre reason aren't being imported to Greece. Thanks for any advice.
