I have about 27 vykecalling cards, server is not responding?

i have about 27 vykecalling cards, website is openig dailer is could be download but when the costmers enters the pin no batch no and try to call there is no response from server what should i do to conect the server call back servis is working but its dubble cost please help me to solve this problem ;and get you more costmers in kuwait , thanks i am from kuwait net server is Quality net please give us the option
